INTRODUCTION(MUQADIMAH) TO JIHAZU SAARIH (MANDATE OF THE PRAISE WORSHIPPER...)

Thanks/Praise be unto Allah, the sufficient who honoured invokers of blessings on the messenger, the unlettered prophet, He who grants all virtues to every virtuous person in morality, wealths, graces, and creeds; He who shields from him all manners of vices, evils, plots, illusions, and discrepancies and with Him is the key of all hidden and manifest issues ((And there is naught, except with us is its safekeeping, for it was not revealed, but with a known measure)), for every questioner and earnest yearner.

And I testify that there is no god except Allah, HE is the one without any rival, and none is worthy of worship but Him in sublime truth, Exalted is HE from every form of change, and ominous signs, from every speech devoid of courtesy, and propriety, and from every digressor.

And I testify that our MASTER MUHAMMAD is HIS slave and messenger, the testimony of a slave speaking with ultimate truism, with the intention that the speakers holding on fast to a saving truth.
Peace and blessing of Allah upon our master Muhammad with whom the shackles of creation were sundered, and ransomed with him all that were ransomed, the combiner of all perfect and total fields, just as this will not be due to anyone except the righteous slave, whatever survives sustains on the pedestals of his code of conduct and constitution, and relaxes all that is relaxed, radiated all the flowery radiances, and donned the donner;

May this peace and blessings be upon his households, the specially chosen elects, purified from iniquties, blemish and every dirt. And His companions who held fort as his deputies in speech(es), deeds and creeds, who upheld his tenets full of sincerity.

Subsequently (Amaa ba'ad):
This humble poor servant, yearning unto Allah in every way possible, Muhammad Gibrima ibn Muhammad (May Allah gratify him and all Muslims with mercy and honour) says:
“When we face the two holy sanctuaries in the year One thousand three hundred and sixty three (hijrah) -1363AH, I reflected and said "which prayer do I expect to be most accepted by Allah?" Then I remembered and said: Verily, invoking blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is better than every other kind of worship and most expected to be accepted of all righteous deeds, for it is a part of two halves of virtues for every aspiring wayfarer.

And if not, Allah has already said (Verily, Allah and His angels invoke blessings upon the Prophet, O ye who believe, invoke blessings upon Him and ask for much peace on Him). This is the proof usefully ordained, while the traditions (ahaadeeth) on this will fill books.

Amongst such are his sayings:-
(whoever encounters difficulties in his endeavors, should be full of invocations of blessings upon me, for it effaces all problems, and increases sustenance, and grants all requests).

And his sayings;
(Be full of invocations of blessings upon me for it will be asked of you in the grave about me).
And his sayings to Ubay bn Ka'b when he told him: (O! Prophet of Allah, I often recite/invoke blessings upon you, how much of my invocations should I bequeath to you of it? He (SAW said "whatever you wish". He. (Ubay) said "A quarter?" and the Prophet (SAW) answered "whatever you wish, but if you increase it, that would be better" Ubay asked "how about half?" and the Prophet (SAW) answered "whatever you wish, but if you could increase it, that would be better for you". He Ubay then said: O! Prophet of Allah, what if I gift it all to you? He (SAW) then said: Now your pains will be eased, and your sins forgiven. In another narration, (he said): "Allah will grant you respite in the world and in the hereafter".

And His saying:
"The closest of people to me on the day of resurrection is He who invokes the most blessings upon me"

And His sayings:
"The people will be under the shade of the throne of Almighty Allah on the day of judgement, a day in which no shade will exist except the shade of Allah". The companions present said "who are they, O! prophet of Allah? He (SAW) said; "whoever removes the pain of the suffering in my ummah, and revives my traditions, and is most plentiful in invocations of blessings upon me".

Also from Him, that He said;
"I will not be mentioned in a sitting, except that i am present in that sitting, so beautify/adorn your congregation with lots of invocations of blessings upon me".

And His saying;
"A stream will flow unto me from a people I do not recognize except by the plentiful amount of there invocations of blessings upon me".

It was also narrated in the hadith Qudsiy;
"Allah, most exalted told Him, O! Muhammad, are you not pleased to have one person from your nation invoke blessings upon you, except that I return ten for it....." (to the end of the hadith)
